ClearAccess is Australia's first directory specifically built to connect people with psychologists who bill their funding scheme directly — meaning clients pay nothing at any point. Not a gap fee before the session, not a surcharge after.
Most directories list psychologists and show which rebates they accept. ClearAccess lists only psychologists who are registered with each scheme and commit to billing directly — so when you search, every result you see is genuinely gap-free for your situation.
The problem we're solving
Hundreds of thousands of Australians are entitled to psychological support at no cost through Medicare, DVA, NDIS, WorkCover, TAC, or Comcare — yet they either don't know the entitlement exists, or they can't find a psychologist who will actually honour it.
The information is fragmented. Scheme guides are buried in government websites. Directories show rebate information but don't verify it at listing level. People ring psychologist after psychologist only to find out they charge a gap fee, don't accept their scheme, or have a six-month waitlist. Many simply give up.

Clients always search and connect for free — that will never change. We earn through optional paid listing tiers for psychologists who want greater visibility in search results. We never charge a commission on bookings or take a cut from session fees.
We are not a healthcare provider. We do not employ psychologists, provide clinical services, or manage appointments. We are a directory and referral service.
