Frequently Asked Questions
Is the free tier really free?
Yes. The free tier is a limited-time offer — get listed now while it lasts, and your free listing is honoured for as long as the badge stays up. Free listings display our "As Seen On" badge on your website, linking back to your profile. If the badge is removed, or your site is unreachable several days running, the listing is paused until it is back.
How does search ranking work?
Results are ordered by how close you are to the client. Where several psychologists are a similar distance away, paid listings are shown first — Growth ahead of Essential, Essential ahead of free. A paid listing is never shown above someone who is genuinely closer to the client.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Open the Billing tab in your dashboard to change plan, update your card, download invoices or cancel. Changes take effect immediately and we pro-rate the difference, so you are never charged twice for the same period.
Do you take a commission on bookings?
Never. We are a directory and referral service, not a booking platform. You keep 100% of your session fees. We earn through listing subscriptions only.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your profile is removed from the directory. Inquiry and client records are retained and deleted in line with our Privacy Policy, which sets out the periods and how to request deletion.
