2. For Practitioners (Psychologists)

  • You must hold current AHPRA registration, verified at signup and periodically re-verified.
  • You self-certify your gap-free status for each scheme. We may request evidence of scheme registration.
  • You must keep your profile information accurate and up to date.
  • You must respond to client inquiries within a reasonable timeframe (5 business days).
  • You are responsible for your own clinical services, billing, professional indemnity insurance, and professional obligations.
  • ClearAccess reserves the right to introduce, modify, or discontinue fees, subscription tiers, or paid features at any time. Current pricing is published at /pricing.
  • Practitioners will be notified in writing no less than 30 days before any fee change takes effect. During this notice period, you may downgrade to a free listing tier or remove your listing without penalty.
  • Free listings are offered for a limited time. Once listed, your free tier is honoured indefinitely. ClearAccess may stop accepting new free listings at any time.

3. For Clients

  • You use the platform at no cost. No fee will ever be charged to clients for searching or contacting practitioners.
  • Search results are based on self-reported practitioner data. You should verify coverage directly with the practitioner before booking.
  • ClearAccess is not responsible for the quality of clinical services received.
  • You must not misuse the inquiry system (spam, harassment, fraudulent inquiries).

4. Limitation of Liability

ClearAccess Psychology is not liable for clinical outcomes, misrepresented gap-free status, missed appointments, or any damages arising from use of the platform. Practitioner information is self-reported; clients are urged to verify directly with practitioners.

5. Intellectual Property

6. Termination
